In our family-run shoe store, located in the centre of Selva, we have been combining passion, experience and care for over 70 years to help each customer find the perfect footwear. Specialising in mountain, trekking and winter shoes with integrated crampons, as well as slippers and casual footwear, we offer only high-quality products with a focus on genuine Italian craftsmanship.
The Pitscheider Family
In 1951, the house that still hosts our shop today was built. At first divided between a hairdresser and a small cobbler’s workshop, it became, in the 1950s, the first store of Franz Pitscheider, master cobbler, and his wife Johanna. Over the years, their son Peppi and his wife Laura grew the business with great dedication. Today, Klaus, grandson of Franz, together with his wife Emma and their daughter Eilidh, continue the family tradition in a renewed, welcoming and modern environment where every customer feels at home.
Our fully renovated store is located right in the centre of Selva Val Gardena, along the main street — easily accessible and perfectly visible to all passers-by.
